Do my staff or workers need to install anything?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp — the app your workforce already checks fifty times a day. There is nothing to download, no logins, no training.
Does Lokem post into my groups?
No — and nothing legitimately can. You forward the job post yourself, exactly like any other WhatsApp message. Your groups, your rules. Lokem handles everything after a worker taps Apply.
How are candidates screened?
Workers answer a short set of questions in a private chat: availability, registration, experience, and the specific requirements of your shift. Answers are self-reported and clearly labelled as such — you make the final call, always.
What happens after I pick someone?
Lokem offers them the shift; the booking is only confirmed when they accept — then you both get each other's details, they get a calendar link, a reminder the evening before, and you get a quick did-it-go-ahead check the morning after. If they pull out, you're notified immediately and your shortlist is restored.
Can I post a multi-day run?
Yes — “14 to 18 October, 8am to 6pm daily” is one post, one apply link, one confirmed worker across the run, and your hours report counts every day.
What does it cost?
